Back in stride again!

Ok, April is here and the scale is stuck! For the past six months I have been fooling myself thinking that I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I exercised 4-5 days a week. Well guess what, it does not work. All I did was to maintain my weight and/or flutuate between 5-7lbs (usually in the wrong direction).
